No, no appointment is necessary or required to access our services. Walk ins are always welcome
What if I can’t get to you or I don’t have a vehicle?
We have a Mobile Engagement Team that runs our mobile delivery service. If you’re in the 19808 zip code, we can deliver to you
Do I need to live in your area to receive assistance?
Walk ins are always welcome but in order to enroll as a weekly client, you must reside in the 19808 or 19804 zip codes
What documents will I need to become a client
The only document you will need to enroll as a weekly client is a current photo ID

How can I help?
You can help by volunteering your time or by supporting us financially here or by supporting one of our fundraising efforts
I would like to donate gently used clothing or items. How can I do that?
We gladly accept donations of clean, gently used clothing and household items. Donations can be dropped off 5 days a week at our Outreach Center between 9am and 1pm.
Are there any items that you don’t accept?
We don’t accept furniture, well worn or dirty items or adult books.
